- Garantizar el funcionamiento fluido y eficiente de su área y promover un servicio de excelencia para nuestros huéspedes.
- Reconocer las necesidades y la comodidad del cliente durante todos los periodos de servicio y centrarse en la relación y la satisfacción del cliente: ser atento y profesional en todo momento.
- Interactuar con los clientes, tomar comandas y servir bebidas y aperitivos.
- Evaluar las necesidades y preferencias de los clientes y hacer recomendaciones.
- Asegurarse de que comprende y conoce a fondo todos los productos ofrecidos.
- Realizar la “Mise en Place”, repasando la cubertería, preparando la mantelería y supervisando el orden y estado de limpieza del punto de venta (restaurante o buffet) al que esté asignado/a.
- Conocer a la perfección las cartas de platos y bebidas.
- Informar de cualquier reparación necesaria a su responsable.
- Asegurarse de que todos los tickets de los clientes se contabilicen correctamente al final de cada período de servicio en el sistema, junto con la caja y las tareas relacionadas con esta tarea.
- Experiencia previa en posición similar, se valorará experiencia en hoteles de similar categoría o restaurantes.
- Deseable formación específica en Hostelería o Restauración.
- Vocación de servicio.
- Persona organizada, que sepa gestionar los tiempos, atenta a los detalles y con tolerancia a altos ritmos de trabajo en determinados momentos.
- Capacidad de mantener el espacio de trabajo organizado, bien abastecido y limpio.
- Capacidad para trabajar con cohesión como parte de un equipo.
- Contar con la capacidad de centrar la atención en las necesidades del cliente, siempre conservando la calma y siendo cortés y respetuoso.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal.
