What you will do as part of the SO/ Sotogrande team:

- Elaborate the menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, as well as distillates, spirits and other alcoholic beverages.
- Be up to date with the different trends in the preparation, decoration and service of drinks.
- Suggest and guide customers according to their preferences on alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Inform your superior of breakages and malfunctions in the different services and work areas.
- Promote sales by providing information and good advice to customers.
- Interact with customers to add value by providing information about the history, production, origin, etc. of the different ingredients used in the production of the beverages or the beverages themselves.
- Keep the work area and beverage stores clean and tidy.

- Driving license and own vehicle
- Training related to the position
- At least one year of experience in the sector
- Advanced level of English and Spanish (other languages will be an asset)
- Responsible, proactive, positive attitude and willing to work as part of a team
- High attention to detail
