• Assist in hiring and training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
• Oversee both front and back of house operations, including waiters, bussers and kitchen team
• Maintain high-quality food standards
• Oversee compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements
• Provide exceptional guest service and lead his/her team to do the same
• Develop strategies for improving the guests’ dining experience
• Work with his/her team to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
• Maintain inventory of all needed supplies
• Manage the work schedules of the restaurant team
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
• Strong work ethic and 'can do' attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly responsible and reliable personality
