Das Mercure Hotel Stuttgart Gerlingen bietet 95 modern eingerichtete Businesszimmer zum Wohlfühlen. Am Abend lädt unser Restaurant Antipasteria "Volare" mit 80 Sitzplätzen zum Entspannen ein, wo wir typisch italienische Gerichte und erlesene Weine servieren. Im 250 m² Tagungsbereich stehen unterschiedliche Räume, ausgestattet mit modernster Tagungs- und Veranstaltungstechnik, für Tagungen und Familienfeiern für bis zu 80 Personen zur Verfügung.

Hand aufs Herz: Koch/Köchin zu werden ist eine ordentliche Herausforderung. Die Arbeit in einer professionellen Küche ist anspruchsvoll und temporeich. Du liebst es dennoch, am Herd zu stehen und neue Kreationen zu entwickeln? Vorbei sind die Zeiten der Langeweile, denn du bist du an allen Posten tätig und lernst immer viel Neues. Was du lernst:
- Zubereiten vielfältiger Gerichte mit Hilfe professioneller Arbeitstechniken und Geräte
- Herstellen von Menüs und Buffets, Zubereiten des Frühstücksbuffets
- Planen von Arbeitsabläufen in der Küche
- Arbeitsbereiche vorbereiten und nachbereiten
- Beschaffen, Annehmen und Einlagern von Waren
- Ermitteln und Kalkulieren von Kosten, Erträgen und Preisen
- Nachhaltiges Einsetzen von Lebensmitteln und Ressourcen
- Hygiene und Dokumentation
- Erarbeiten von Menüvorschlägen und Beratung der Gäste
- Arbeiten im Team
- Anleiten und Führen von Mitarbeitenden
