- Preparar os processos de admissões, desligamentos, férias, contrato de experiência, para envio a contabilidade
- Controlar o ponto eletrônico/cartão de ponto, checando frequências, emitindo relatórios, faltas, atrasos, horas extras, banco de horas.
- Providenciar inclusão/exclusão dos funcionários nos planos de saúde e seguro de vida, através do sistemas.
- Efetuar solicitações de vale-transporte e alimentação, de acordo com o calendário
- Distribuir documentos diversos aos colaboradores (holleriths, cartões de ponto, vale-transporte etc.) coletando as respectivas assinaturas.
- Organizar e controlar o arquivo de documentos da área. Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.
- Participar da integração de novos colaboradores
- Participar das ações de treinamentos e comunicação interna
NECESSÁRIO TER FÁCIL ACESSO A SAVASSI E DISPONIBILIDADE PARA 8:00 ÀS 18:00.
Ensino médio completo e desejável Superior incompleto em Administração, Recursos Humanos, ou compatível
