Receber as mercadorias, confrontando notas fiscais X produto X pedido (quantidade, preço, prazo etc.) e confirmando o recebimento mediante carimbo e assinatura. • Armazenar os materiais nas áreas do Almoxarifado principal, organizando-os adequadamente nos locais preestabelecidos, verificando volume, quantidade, rotatividade etc, seguindo o sistema PEPS, visando o acondicionamento adequado e a integridade dos materiais recebidos, de acordo com a legislação vigente. • Lançar as notas fiscais no sistema do Almoxarifado, emitir relatório e encaminhar para aprovação. • Separar os materiais, de acordo com as requisições recebidas, disponibilizando-os para entrega, seguindo procedimentos preestabelecidos. • Efetuar as baixas das requisições no sistema do Almoxarifado. • Controlar os níveis de estoque (mínimo e máximo) a fim de efetuar as solicitações de compras necessárias. • Verificar os giros de estoque e prazos de validade dos materiais e informar as áreas responsáveis. • Realizar os inventários mensais de materiais de almoxarifado e estoques (margem). • Montar os relatórios de discrepância dos produtos, confrontando informações de saldo (inicial X final X venda) e encaminhar às áreas competentes para as devidas justificativas. • Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.Realizar as rotinas da área, cumprindo os procedimentos do “Auto Controle”. • Distribuir documentos diversos aos colaboradores (holleriths, ca
