O que esperamos de ti:
Reportando ao Chefe de Sala, os nossos sub chefes de F&B são membros cruciais na liderança da equipa, controlo e supervisão das tarefas de F&B bem como da operação diária do departamento.
Parte integrante da operação e organização diária do departamento, procuramos alguém que tenha disponibilidade para cobrir horários da manhã e tarde, dependendo das necessidades de cobertura e supervisão e acompanhamento das equipas, quer do serviço de pequeno-almoço, quer de almoço e jantar. A equipa tem na estrutura 3 sub chefes, que cobrem estes 3 serviços, sendo esta posição polivalente na cobertura das folgas dos outros sub chefes.
As tuas principais responsabilidades consistem em:
- Prestar o melhor acolhimento ao cliente graças a um serviço de qualidade, a fim de aumentar os indices de qualidade do F&B.
- Supervisionar, gerir e otimizar a operação de F&B, em conjunto com a equipa.
- Aplicar a as regras de segurança e higiene no trabalho.
- Gerir a faturação e recebimentos.
- Animar e insipirar a equipa de F&B e reservas, contribuindo para um bom ambiente de trabalho e espírito positivo.
- Zelar pelo cumprimento da legislação laboral no respetivo departamento.
Quem és:
- Preferencialmente formado em hotelaria e/ou turismo, com experiência comprovada em F&B.
- Ambição de pertencer a um projeto desafiante dentro de um dos grupos hoteleiros líderes a nível mundial.
- Sentido do acolhimento, do contacto.
- Autodomínio em qualquer circunstância.
- Sentido comercial apurado.
- Reatividade, espírito de iniciativa.
- Domínio de sistemas POS.
- Bom nível de cultura geral.
- Excelente apresentação.
- Língua portuguesa e inglesa obrigatórias.
- Uma terceira língua constitui uma vantagem.
