• Perform spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs according to the spa protocols and standards.
• Consult with clients to assess their individual needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments and ensure accurate billing.
• Uphold the highest levels of customer service, ensuring clients are comfortable, relaxed, and satisfied with their spa experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment room.
• Follow health and safety regulations and ensure that all equipment and products are sanitized and stored properly.

• Certification or diploma in massage therapy or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role in a spa, resort, or wellness center.
• Proficiency in various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, etc.
• Knowledge of body and skin care treatments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform massage therapies for extended periods.
