This position is responsible for the day to day operations in the Restaurant & Bar and to develop and lead the guest experience. To demonstrate passion and a strong knowledge of food and beverage, while maintaining the ambiance of the guest dining areas and empowering the team to animate the food and beverage experience.
- Excellent communication skills shown to staff, suppliers and guests
- Managers license and LCQ
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a food and beverage management role
