** Accepting the reservations either in writing or over the phone;
** Filling out guest statistics, all reservation reports and daily statistics properly;
** Sharing information regarding the events to be held at the hotel by sending emails to the email list;
** In case of cancellation of the event, ensuring that all pre-registered persons have been contacted/refunded as applicable;

** Fulfilling the tasks and instructions of the Company's management and immediate supervisor.

Your experience and skills include:
Guest focused personality is essential

** Desirable work experience as Reservations Agent (for multi-properties);
** Attentiveness and patience for customers;
** Sense of responsibility and excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
** Multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment;
** Fluency in English
