Mission:
Nous recherchons pour notre hôtel IBIS STYLES à Amiens un Ambassadeur/Ambassadrice F&B et Réception, en CDI 39 heures dès maintenant.
Bienvenue dans un métier qui vous permet d’être au cœur de la vie d’un hôtel et de vous ouvrir les portes d’un quotidien épanouissant au sein d’un groupe à envergure internationale !
● Véritable Ambassadeur de l'hôtel, à la réception vous assurez un accueil personnalisé et chaleureux, le bien-être des clients est toujours votre priorité.
● Vous faites le lien avec les différents départements de l’hôtel selon les demandes clients, vous êtes un “facilitateur” reconnu au sein de l’établissement.
● Vous êtes garant de la fidélisation du client, ils reviendront sûrement un peu pour vous.
● Vous assurez le service au restaurant, selon les plannings : vous serez derrière le bar, et le shaker n'aura plus de secret pour vous !
● Lors du travail de nuit, vous êtes responsable des activités de l’établissement en l’absence de votre hiérarchie : clôture hôtelière, encaissement, et anticipation des besoins du lendemain.

● Attentif aux autres et à l’environnement qui vous entoure : vous contribuez à rendre le séjour aussi irréprochable qu’inoubliable en apportant votre petite touche personnelle !
● Doté d’un solide esprit d’équipe et d’un sens du relationnel aiguisé, vous êtes aux petits soins des besoins des clients.
● Très à l’aise en français et en anglais, vous maîtrisez aussi une 3e langue ou aimez découvrir de nouvelles cultures.
