- Execute the daily functions of arrival and departure for guests in a manner keeping with the Fairmont Service Promise and the guests.
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
- Service focused personality is essential and prior experience as a Front Desk Agent.
- Strong Interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Prior experience with Opera operating system
- Fluent in English, other additional languages are a plus.
