Hotel Ibis Budget
Hotel Ibis Budget se encuentra en búsqueda de Recepcionistas hoteleros/as que cumplan con las siguientes características y/o responsabilidades:
Otorgar un excelente servicio de atención de al cliente/huésped, durante toda su estadía en el hotel, mostrándose siempre disponible hacia cualquier requerimiento con los estándares que exige la cadena. Actuar de manera empática con el cliente, seguir los procesos de recepción establecidos para el área.
Tareas principales:
-Realizar check in y check out.
-Proactividad
-Atención al huesped
-Enfoque en el cliente
-Gestión del turno
-Estudios técnicos o superiores en turismo, hotelería o compatibles.
Experiencia de al menos 1 año en el puesto
Manejo de idioma inglés y/o Portugues
Experiencia con software de hotelería Opera
