This is where your greatest challenge awaits:

Within the Marketing, Communication & Social Media department, in a context of high visibility of the actions taken, the PMO reports to the SVP Marketing, Communication & Social Media and will assist him/her in steering the department, particularly in internal communication, budget monitoring, team animation, and its interactions with other entities of the group, preparation of strategic instances.

Your missions and responsibilities:

Management of cross-functional activities of the department:

  • Monitoring team activities and cross-project management
  • Assistance in budget management
  • Linking with different teams and project stakeholders to ensure proper information flow and circulation
  • Ensuring the follow-up of cross-cutting subjects with the department teams and the Digital Factory such as: monitoring of productions, role distribution, monitoring of imputation codes...
  • Ensuring internal visibility of the brand: Being the internal guarantor of information on the ALL brand / Designing internal educational materials to support the teams' needs on the ALL brand / Working in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent global communication
  • Promoting team projects at the group level
  • Management of strategic projects in close collaboration with the Market Comm CODIR and their teams

Decision-making support and assistance to the SVP:

  • Linking and relaying information related to the community, contributing to its animation
  • Being the spokesperson for the SVP and representing the team in cross-functional group instances
  • Preparing department interventions (e.g., Quarterly meetings, Steerco, Get Together...) and interventions for the SVP Marketing, Communication & Social Media

Communication & Animation:

  • Internal team animation and communication
  • Preparation and follow-up of key departmental instances
  • Organization of team buildings and team events


And you?

  • Education and experience: degree from a business school or similar -
  • 4-6 years of experience in a digital context
  • Language: Fluent in French and English
  • Technical and professional skills:
    • Project Management
    • Methodology Knowledge of communication and marketing professions
  • Required soft skills:
    • Team animation and service orientation
    • Adaptability and responsiveness
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Analytical mindset, rigor, and organizational skills
    • Ability to simplify and teach complex technical subjects
