Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you:

As part of the Group's IS Finance Department, you will support the Transactional Applications Manager by being responsible for the ASPEN application and its dependencies.

You will manage a support team of 2 people on site, and a TMA contract for a team of 3 people in Romania.

Your role:

  • As an application referent, you will be the point of contact for the Finance business lines and project managers, and as such, you will respond to requests for upgrades from the business lines (evolutionary maintenance) or projects.
  • As a functional and application expert, you are the key correspondent in this area.
  • As a manager, you are responsible for the quality of the service delivered to the business, whether this involves the actions of employees you manage directly, or external contracts for which you are responsible for control, monitoring and operation.
  • Responsible for corrective and application maintenance activities, you will oversee all support, request processing, problem detection and resolution activities, including incoming and outgoing interfaces.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that tools and procedures function correctly, particularly with regard to closing operations.
  • You are the link with the IT team for the application perimeter (development, parameterization, technical production, etc.) and the guarantor of the proper integration of standards and processes vis-à-vis the business lines.

Your mission:

  • Reporting,
  • Leading governance committees focused on the application scope.
  • Participation in IS Finance project and steering committees.
  • Day-to-day team management and workload planning.
  • Drafting, where necessary, and systematic validation of specifications
  • Compliance with business standards (e.g. internal control of system access) and technical standards (e.g. validation of production releases).
  • Monitor the team's schedule in line with the objectives set and commitments made by management (e.g. backlog management, deadline control).
  • Alert management to any deviations
  • Operational relations with suppliers (e.g. publisher, integrator, partner).

Qualifications

About you :

You have a 5-year degree with a specialization in Finance and/or IT (MIAGE, for example).

Required experience :

  • At least 10 years experience as a project management consultant in a company or consulting firm, with knowledge of project management.
  • Functional and technical knowledge of Coupa systems.
  • Experience of managing a RUN / MCO team
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes or equivalent
  • Knowledge of SI PROCUREMENT and FINANCIER
