Job Description

Pricing focus : The purpose of this position is to support the creation and implementation of Pricing & Distribution strategies within Accor Plus, primarily through the collation, analysis and delivery of insightful data to aid topline performance decisions, the undertaking all aspects of setup and configuration of product distribution within Accor Plus distribution systems, and the custodianship and analysis of our StayPlus benefit construct.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Update and Circulate redemption rate table to all Finance heads.
  • Collection of monthly FOC reconciliation reports from all the Finance heads.
  • Consolidation and Audit of FOC reports of all regions to be done
  • Analysis of data in terms inconsistency, applying the standard rules, Variance analysis YOY and compare to last month trends
  • Manual Adjustment analysis prepare a dashboard and circulate on a monthly basis to the respective teams.
  • Circulation and rectify the Issues related to the Closed hotel tracker.
  • Reporting and analysing of all the transaction where PO have not been generated.
  • To send the Stay plus liability analysis to programme managers on monthly basis.
  • PO Report for FOC bookings during a hotel was closed.
  • Circulate the FOC closing balance and unfulfilled FOC data to the finance heads.
  • To create and Audit of Data Validation process between Accor hotels LUKE and Netsuite.
  • Authenticity of the data generated from the Netsuite save search created for our analysis.
  • Audit of FOC manual adjustments done in Netsuite by the IT team.
  • Coordinate with data and IT team to resolve the issues identified by the finance teams.
  • Analysis of weekly dash board on FOC rollover with trend analysis and % on unit sales.
  • Distribute NetSuite budget upload instructions and resolve the issue of the Finance HODs
  • Liaise with Adaptive consultants for modification, changes and Issues in Adaptive.
  • Budget upload in excel and Adaptive module.
  • Daily audit of revenue process and ensure data quality.
  • UAT testing related to new solution role outs to be completed efficiently
  • Supporting Finance teams with Save search report requirements in Netsuite.
  • Review of IT solutions before implementation of finance reports
  • Attending the queries from Finance teams related to data quality (monitoring and reporting)
