Job Description

  • Monthly revenue recognition and raising Invoices including revenue assurance.
  • Debtor Management
  • Various payments Vendor, Payroll, foreign payments statutory dues VIZ: PF, TDS, WCT, GST.
  • All accounts receivables-related functions including GST as well as TDS reconciliations [Govt website vs books].
  • E-invoicing and credit management.
  • Revenue reconciliation between numbers reported by various entities and statutory books.
  • Managing Banks and co-ordination with banks for various issues.
  • Revenue and balance reconciliation with respective Hotels and query resolution with regards to this.
  • Periodic [Daily/Weekly/Monthly/half yearly] cash flow reporting to various stakeholders.
  • All Intercompany reconciliation and confirmation.
  • Providing Debtor Ageing to Management and respective hotels.

Qualifications

  • CA qualification.
  • 7 to 10  years of relevant experience in a corporate setup preferably from the hotel industry
  • Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Excel , Sun System knowledge will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting procedures & principles [IndAS115 in particular].
  • Working knowledge of banking and treasury and forex payment-related laws.
  • Working knowledge of Income Tax and GST laws and books vs Tax Reconciliations
