Job Description

Part-Time and Casual opportunities are available to join our exceptional Stewarding team!

  • Clean and sanitise crockery, cutely, pots and pans from the Food & Beverage outlets and Kitchen
  • Work efficiently to ensure there is an adequate supply of clean crockery and cutlery for the Food & Beverage outlets
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness of all floors, storage areas, shelves, refrigerators and common Kitchen areas.
  • Remove various garbage and recyclable materials ensuring they are disposed in their respective areas following the individual procedures (E.g. cartons, glass, oil)
  • Perform surface and deep cleans as scheduled
  • Use chemicals appropriately to achieve the desired level of cleanness
  • Ensuring equipment (such as industrial dishwashers) in cleaned and maintained in good condition
  • Follow all policies and process including completing daily checklists


  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Work well as part of a team in a fast paced environment
  • Effective time management skills
  • Excellent personal grooming and presentation
  • Previous experience in a similar role / hotel environment advantageous
  • The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early morning, late evenings and weekends.
