Job Description

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, we are seeking a Part Time Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of this busy department whilst maintaining the highest level of cleaning standards. You will:

  • Inspire your team with a guest-centric approach to your work.
  • Be focused on brand standards, details and cleanliness.
  • Train, coach and guide a team of enthusiastic industry potentials.
  • Be hands on, leading and supporting the team through your actions.

Qualifications

  • Must have Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor Experience
  • View to become Assistant Executive Housekeeper,
  • Must be able to give feedback and direction, eye for detail
  • HubOS and Opera Cloud Experience desirable
  • A true desire to provide impeccable guest experiences.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of safe and efficient housekeeping procedures.
  • Clear communication skills and a calm under pressure personality.
  • Effective computer skills to report and allocate workflows.
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance, demonstrating pride in presentation.
  • Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and Public Holidays.
