L'hôtel est idéalement situé, en plein centre historique et à seulement 10 minutes de l'aéroport.
Missions principales :
- Est garant du bon déroulement du séjour du client dans l’hôtel
- Manage et motive les équipes de la réception pour offrir une prestation de qualité au client.
- Est garant de la réalisation des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs de son service.
- Développe le chiffre d’affaires par son action de vente et de gestion du CA hébergement de l’hôtel
Principales responsabilités :
- Etablit un relationnel de qualité avec le client, tout au long de son séjour, afin de le fidéliser.
- Prend en compte et anticipe les besoins du client.
- Gère les réclamations lorsque celles-ci n’ont pu être prises en charge par ses collaborateurs et y apporte rapidement une solution.
- Véhicule l’image de l’hôtel.
- Est garant de la bonne application de la politique tarifaire de l’hôtel
- Veille au respect de l’application des procédures d’audits internes.
- Développe la motivation et l’adhésion de ses équipes en créant un bon climat de travail.
- Participe au recrutement.
Formation/expériences professionnelles :
- BTS et/ou licence professionnelle hôtellerie restauration
- Expérience significative dans un métier de contact
- Expérience de management d’équipe
- Maitrise de l’environnement informatique
- Maitrise du français et de l’anglais professionnel - une troisième langue serait un plus
