Job Description

  • Responsible for preparing venue and serving all products, giving individualized attention towards each customer.
  • Maintain set standard of quality, service, product and cleanliness at all times.
  • Support inventory management, ordering and operations.
  • Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment.
  • Prepare the venue ready for service according to the standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure the guests of the banquet experience an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience.
  • Maximize sales and profit by providing excellent value and service and utilize up selling techniques.
  • Outgoing personality building rapport with regular guests.


  • Should be flexible and ready to work any shift daytime given as per requirement of the outlet.
  • Living close to the hotel due to early operations.
  • English and Japanese verbal skills are desirable.

  • Ability to communicate with local and international guests.
