Job Description

This position is responsible for the daily management of F&B Department service, ensuring that the highest standard of F&B service is provided to the Hotel’s guests. 

Food & Beverage Manager Plans, organizes and direct the overall F&B service operation and administration

  • Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
  • Create unforgettable experiences for our guests
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Up-sell and promote food and beverage offers at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
  • Monitor the departmental budget in a fiscally responsible manner 
  • Address guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
  • Monitor all guest service standards, constantly seeking ways to improve product and service as well as increase volumes and profits
  • Balance operational, administrative and colleague needs
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards

Qualifications

  • University/College Degree in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage required.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong experience leading & inspiring people, including: recruitment, training, learning and development & training
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Good communication and customer contact skills
