• Providing ongoing maintenance and support of the company`s building systems and being able to fix defects.
• Monitoring and replacing light bulbs in all assigned facilities, as needed.
• Making minor repairs, as necessary.
• Performing electrical work and maintenance of all electrical equipment, low voltage equipment as well as the operation of sound system during functions.
• Performing HVAC works and repairs, such as filter replacement.
• Check kitchen equipment daily for functionality.
• Ensure critical parts are always available at the stores
• Ensure all metal cased electrical appliances are earthed.
• Performing other maintenance duties as assigned by Direct Manager.
• Replacing colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and, other absences.
• Adhere to facility's standard operation procedures

Education / Experience / Background: 

• High School diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in Electrical skills preferred
• Prior work experience of 2- 3 years in a related position preferred
• Proficiency in using various tools and Electrical equipment and systems

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: 

• Strong team player and ready to lean
• Strong ability to work and complete tasks individually and as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple deadlines
• Strong customer orientation
