Job Description

  • Responsible for rooms’ allocation according to guests’ preferences works closely with housekeeping Guest services and Guest relations.
  • Responsible for groups pre check in.
  • Keeps records and follows up on training nominations and makes sure of the attendance.
  • Checks on a daily basis the high balance report and works closely to the FDM for actions to be taken.
  • Responsible to open, follow up and to close all PMs for groups and events. Follows up on FO PMs.
  • Responsible to make sure FD has all stationary and tools for operations.
  • Gives support to FD in case of need especially for groups.
  • Ensure that all cashier related documents for Receptionists are fulfilled according to procedures and standards.
  • Follows up with accounting for cashiers’ issues.
