- Drive key sales activities in the region
- Manage a portfolio of set accounts
- Deliver increased market penetration
- Generate leads & convert into revenue based on financial objectives
- Organize & attend multiple regional and international events
- In Direct contact with L&L Hotels around the world
- Define strategies & action plans with key stakeholers
- Manage budget and expenditures
- Update and report accurately on all required data
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar Global Sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Excellent Luxury Sales knowledge
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and work with various stakeholders across all levels
- Collaborative, empathetic and innovative
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Japanese and/ or other Asian languages will be a plus
- Extensive periods of travelling expected
- Based at either Accor Bangkok or Singapore office
- Reports to Executive Director of Sales Luxury & Lifestyle, India, Middle East & APAC
