Job Description

As part of our finance team ,

managing a SSC and transformation projects, you' ll

Ensure Outsourcing project objectives / performance targets achievement and communicate with project stakeholders
Provide support to Business and Finance teams 
Manage the transformation roadmap of the outsourcing project
Support transformation and automation of the division
Drive continuous improvement and transformation around accounting tools and AP/AR/GL processes
Identify and monitor impacts with other IT projects
Identify needs for training, prepare materials and conduct trainings
Promote process standardization while ensuring compliance with local/other compliance requirements
Document, set-up and update global accounting processes & procedures in collaboration with /regional/local Finance teams
 


Qualifications

Master’s degree, MBA.
More than 5 years of professional experience, in accounting and/or FP&A
Project management and outsourcing model experience
Fluent English, French is a plus


Additional Information

Knowledge of:
Oracle R12
Reconciliation tool (ideally Blackline) T&E tool (ideally Concur), P2P platforms 
Reporting and consolidation tools: Hyperion HMF or ONESTREAM
MS office
Understanding of Local GAAP and Tax regulations
