Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you:

As the head of the on-premise production team, you lead the Level 3 infrastructure team (experts primarily working on-site with technologies such as Linux, Windows, middleware, control-M, databases, ...) as well as operations for on-premise data centers (Evry and Elancourt).

Your mission:

Accountable for the on-premise Production team:

- Lead the Level 3 infrastructure team (experts working mainly on-premise on following technologies: linux, windows, middleware, control-M, databases, …)

- Manage L2 and L1 teams based on externilazed services (backup, monitoring, …)

- Manage assets and obsolescence

- Set the objectives and ensure the successful achievement of these objectives

- Ensure that incidents/problems are properly taken into account

Take accountability and put under control the secondary cloud environments (Azure, GCP, OCI) in order monitor the usage

- Operations (Monitoring, backup, scheduling, …)

- Changes, incidents, problems, …

- Deployments (CI/CD, …)

• Support and transform the team by adopting new ways of working and new methodologies like DevOps, Agile, Cloud, ….

• Modernize and industrialize production and processes

• Collaborate with the other teams to build the solutions in the service catalog, manage Quality of delivered services and ensure compliance with Security

• Contribute to License management (compliance, optimization, renewals, …)

• Manage related budgets

• Develop and maintain relationships with senior management, key partners and vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues

• Support cloud migration program for key business applications hosted in our Datacenters


Qualifications

And you?

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar position (on-premise and/or Cloud)
  • Fluency in English and French
  • ITIL 3+ certification
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience on Service Now
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a multicultural environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to effectively manage hybrid teams capable of working remotely (services managed in India) and potentially spread across multiple regions worldwide
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • Knowledge of public clouds (certification appreciated)
