Job Description

  • Showcase your talent in sales and marketing, executes support service to the General Manager in order to reach the establishment strategic goals.
  • Participate in preparation and achievement annual hotel business plan for rooms, F&B and minor operating departments.
  • Set and maintains the yield management strategies along with Director of Revenue and General Manager
  • Ensuring field sales team are regularly updated with market trends and clients’ needs and follows up on their activities’ outcome.
  • Brainstorm and build on all Marketing Campaigns, Collateral and activities to establish the brand and the hotel in the market.
  • Oversees the celebrations, meeting and events team making sure targets are met and customers are satisfied.
  • Manage all aspect of the sales and marketing activities to ensure defined targets are exceeded.
  • Provide clear direction, establishes goals and appropriate timeframes.
  • Participate in all Expositions, Trade fairs, Sales Visits to feeder markets to source business and establish relationships
  • Conducts performance review and evaluate team’s performance. Coaches and impact team member development plans within the department.

Qualifications

  • Overall minimum 15 years of experience in Luxury resorts with minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar role
  • Pre Opening exposure, remote location work experience is desirable.
  • Experience of Rajasthan, Udaipur luxury destination Wedding Market is an advantage           
  • Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, comfortable taking charge of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities
  • Outstanding social & public relation skills to develop strong customer engagement engagement.
  • Great relationships with travel trade, key wedding and mice planners in the country                                
  • Open to travelling on business upto 10 days in a month.
  • Indian national only
