Job Description

Director of Finance-

Grand Mercure Mysore & IBIS Styles Mysuru 

  • Showcase your leadership and passion for analytics as Director of Finance & Business Support, where your exacting standards and problem solving abilities will ensure accuracy in support of the hotel and your team. You partner with the General Manager and ownership group, analyzing financial information to provide strategic business recommendations for both the hotels.
  • Lead & manage the finance team at both hotels, ensuring standards are followed and financial records are properly maintained.
  • Analyze and interpret financial information in order to advise on business operations, including revenue & expenditure trends, financial commitments & future revenues
  • Manage and support budget & forecast activities.
  • Build the business plan and actively support and guide the operations teams to achieve financial objectives. Manage all statutory and Accor business control guidelines at all times
  • Support and guide the Procurement teams for quality and sustainable sourcing at the optimal price and evaluate right sizing of stock positions to support the business needs

Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant with minimum 15 years Experience and 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
  • Pre Opening exposure, remote location work, high volume hotel experience is desirable. Experience of Karnataka.
  • Indian nationals only

Additional Information

Experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
