-Mettre en œuvre la stratégie et les procédures financières définies avec la Direction Générale en tenant compte des spécificités de l’hôtellerie et des évolutions contextuelles (flux d’activité, trésorerie, règlementaire …)
-Coordonner l’action de l’équipe finance et celle des différents services de l’hôtel afin de garantir la conformité de nos activités et de nos obligations financières (clôtures, reportings, comptes d’exploitation, respect des normes comptables, standards du groupe)
-Définir et recommander les objectifs financiers des différents départements de l’hôtel et accompagner les chefs de service à leurs atteintes
-Préparer les budgets annuels et les prévisions mensuelles : définir et / ou recommander à la direction les politiques et objectifs économiques clés pour l’hôtel
-Préparer les compte-rendus mensuels et annuels afin de proposer un aperçu des prévisions des revenus, des charges et des bénéfices des deux structures sur la base des activités passées, présentes et attendues
-Etre l’interlocuteur privilégié des différents partenaires : propriétaires, groupe, banques et partenaires.
-Management d’Equipe : donner du sens au travail de l’Equipe Finance : développer ses compétences et celles de ses collaborateurs par la formation, l’accompagnement, la découverte.
•Formation supérieure en gestion hôtelière, finance ou école de commerce
•Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
•Maitrise de l'Anglais.
•Excellente compréhension des activités opérationnelles et de l’administration d’un hôtel
•Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
