The Mercure Bridgwater Hotel is located in the heart of Bridgwater town center and offers 119, 4 star bedrooms and is complimented by a Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar and Grill and offers a full selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner served to the highest standards..
Working under our highly experienced Head Chef this Breakfast Chefs position is for someone with similar pervious experience, you will be working 4.30am/5am - 12.30pm/1pm daily producing breakfast for hotel residents. Following breakfast you will be involved in elements of Bar / Lunch service and preparation of items for the main menu.
This is a full time (40 Hours) position working 5 days from 7 (including weekends and bank holidays) with no split shifts.
You be involved in preparing and cooking the daily breakfast to the highest standard ensuring that the Brand Standards are achieved at all times. A passion for delivering impeccable food on a consistent basis is essential.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable although full training will of course be given.
