Originally built in 1888, Hotel Woolstore 1888 is the fourth oldest surviving wool store in Sydney. Today, it is a luxurious hotel within the Accor portfolio, offering 90 meticulously designed guestrooms, an acclaimed restaurant and bar, and versatile meeting and event spaces.

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Mr. Percy, our award-winning restaurant.

As our Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in creating high-quality dishes, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring food safety. You'll have the opportunity to develop innovative menu items while mentoring junior staff, contributing to their growth and skill development.

Your diverse background in cooking styles and techniques will be invaluable as you supervise and train the kitchen brigade, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Join us in delivering exceptional dining experiences!

• Trade qualifications and prior experience in the hotel industry are preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety requirements.
• Service-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
