Job Description

Prime Function

  • Plan & initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization
  • To determine effective and productive sales programs
  • Relationship building with all the current and prospective customers.
  • Update & upgrade knowledge and awareness of the facilities provided by Mercure Hyderabad KCP.
  • Identify prospects for sales deals within targeted markets of the assigned area /segment and also prepare and conduct sales presentations in co ordination with the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure to achieve objectives established in the Organization’s Strategic Plan
  • Any matter which may affect the interests of Mercure Hyderabad KCP should be brought to the attention of the Management

Operational Management

  • To ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all the departments.
  • Increase hotel’s market share in the market
  • Contribute to increase in business volume.
  • Prepare annual sales goals, develop working plans to carry out goals, compare actual achievements against goal, and periodically take necessary corrective action.
  • Contribute to increase in business volume.

People Management

  • Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Mercure Hyderabad KCP to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, morale and guest service.
  • Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure to attend to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding the beverages and services.

Financial Management

  • Identify optimal, cost effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same.
  • Assist the Food & Beverage Supervisor to prepare and submit in the required format all information necessary for budgeting timeously and accurately.

Qualifications

At least 1-2 years of experience on similar position.

Excellent Communication skills.

Self-driven individual, with a proactive and positive approach to change.

A team player, motivator & self starter.
