The RMoD Business Developer Manager aims to grow, develop, and diversify the Revenue Management on Demand (RMoD) product.

Part of the RMoD Product and Commercial Services team, you are a major actor in the development of the service, by supporting and applying the business development roadmap to increase the number of hotel partners and overall sales from the RMoD Catalog.

Please find the main tasks:

  • Active Business Development :
    • Follows the roadmap that will support the growth of RMoD product sales: Initiate discussion, answer RFPs (Request for Proposal) and negotiate with hotel representative/owning groups for the sale of any services in the RMoD catalog.
    • Support the Senior Director RMoD Product & Commercial Services.
  • Sales coordination roll out : administrative & contracting task :
    • Ensure continuity of information in our CRM database
    • A qualitative client database must be maintained to allow seamless coordination with supporting functions
    • Responsible for the roll out deployment: from contract signature to following roll-out deployment agreed service level
    • Support the process of onboarding new customer into the dedicated RMoD team as well as the delivery of ad-hoc and support services
  • Ad Hoc task :
    • Deployment of a CRM
    • Other projects related to business development, RMoD Product or commercial system products
    • Work actively on migrating/upselling legacy product RM services
    • Provide dedicated and appropriate after-sales support for clients based on their Revenue Management needs.

Qualifications

 Required Skills and knowledge :

  • Commercially and/or Revenue Management acumen
  • Rigorous and respectful of deadlines
  • Ability to lead, influence & motivate
  • Ability to communicate with all stakeholders, from team members to C-level and owners
  • Technical understanding of Hotel Systems
  • Fluent verbal & written English and French required

Experience needed :

  • Hotel management, Business school
  • +3 years operational experience in RM or Sales or Central support working with commercial Systems
