Job Description

The position is responsible for providing Operational Support to the VPOs and DOP of overseeing the Accor Hotels in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, Philippines, and Maldives. To improve performance and fee generation within the region, the Business Analyst reviews  hotels’ Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and reporting to the VPOs in order to recommend areas of business improvement and optimization.


Your experience and skills include:

  • Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management or Finance with a minimum of 8 years experience
  • Good knowledge of Hotel Industry KPIs and performance levers to optimize both topline and bottom line performance.
  • Solid organization, project management and planning skills
  • Excellent Excel and Power Point skills
  • Proven analytical, fact-based decision making, and problem solving skills
  • Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively 
  • Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
