Sur cette plage iconique de Normandie, l’hôtel 5 étoiles Cures Marines Hotel & Spa Trouville MGallery Collection domine l’horizon. Sa somptueuse façade Belle Époque subjugue le regard des promeneurs. Votre mission d’Assistant Maitre d’hôtel sous la direction du Maitre d’hôtel :
Animation du briefing d’avant service et passation des consignes en cas d’absence de ses supérieurs
Accueillir, placer, renseigner, conseiller les clients du restaurant, susciter la vente et prendre les commandes,
Prise des réservations et préparation du plan de salle
Répartition des tâches liées au service en salle en fonction du personnel et de la clientèle prévisible
Gestion de la caisse et les encaissements.
Approvisionnement et gestion des fournitures nécessaires au service
Assurer les services spéciaux : banquet, buffet, …
Faire respecter le plan de nettoyage du restaurant
Vos compétences :
Sens de l'accueil, du travail en salle, et du service client.
Sens du management.
Excellente présentation.
Anglais courant.
- Date de prise de poste : 1er novembre 2024
- Contrat de 39h Hebdo

- Travail les week-ends et jours fériés
- 2 jours de repos consécutifs
- Indemnité nourriture : 8.30 € brut par jour de travail
- 13éme mois après validation de la période d'essai
- Salaire : à partir à 2300 € brut suivant profil
