Job Description

  • Lead the planning and execution of banquets and meetings with a focus on wellness and sustainability, ensuring client satisfaction at every step.
  • Coordinate and supervise all banquet activities, including setup, service, and breakdown, to maintain the highest standards of efficiency, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Implement eco-friendly practices aligned with our sustainability goals, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable sourcing.
  • Train and mentor the banquet team, promoting a service culture focused on wellness, efficiency, and guest-centered experiences.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded, providing personalized and responsive service that reflects Mövenpick’s commitment to quality and wellness.
  • Ensure that all operations comply with health and safety standards, providing a secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Assist with budget management, forecasting, and reporting, aiming for profitable operations while enhancing service quality.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet management, preferably in a wellness-oriented or sustainable hospitality environment.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of sustainable event practices is an advantage.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences with a focus on wellness and sustainability.
  • Proficient in both Thai and English communication.
