Dans ce cadre-là, l’hôtel Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, Palace entièrement rénové par Philippe Starck, est composé de 149 chambres et suites dont 3 appartements privés, d’un Spa Clarins & myBlend, de quatre restaurants : Matsuhisa Paris, dédié à la gastronomie péruvo-japonaise par le Chef Nobu, Il Carpaccio, italien étoilé en partenariat avec Da Vittorio***, La Cuisine connu pour ses petits déjeuners et brunchs d’exception, et Le Bar Long proposant une carte internationale tout au long de la journée, d’innovants cocktails et de délicieux tapas. L’hôtel est connu comme le plus parisien et contemporain des Palaces à travers : une Art Concierge – une salle de cinéma - une galerie d’Art - un concept store La Librairie des Arts.

Véritable élément incontournable et membre essentiel de notre équipe, lors de cette alternance, vous participerez activement aux opérations quotidiennes du Restaurant La Cuisine proposant un petit déjeuner et un brunch à nos clients.
MISSIONS
- Accueillir chaleureusement les clients et les accompagner à leur table.
- Présenter les menus et répondre aux questions des clients sur les plats et boissons proposés.
- Assurer un service de qualité en respectant les standards de notre palace.
- Veiller à la propreté et à la mise en place des tables avant et après chaque service.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de cuisine pour assurer un service fluide et efficace.
- Participer à la préparation et à l'organisation des buffets de petit déjeuner et brunch.
- Assurer une communication efficace avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour garantir la satisfaction des clients.
- Contribuer à l'ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale du restaurant.
- Vous êtes actuellement inscrit(e) dans une formation en hôtellerie-restauration et recherchez une alternance.
- Vous avez un excellent relationnel et aimez le contact avec la clientèle.
- Vous êtes dynamique, souriant(e) et avez le sens du service.
- Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'organisation et d'une grande attention aux détails.
- Une première expérience en restauration serait un plus.
- Vous maîtrisez le français et avez des connaissances en anglais (la maîtrise d'autres langues est un atout).
