Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: 

Under the guidance of the Accor Tech Head of Commuication deliver an engaging storytelling program to internal AT audiences. He/She is responsible for deploying all Accor Tech corporate communications actions, content and programs, managing all internal communication channels and will drive the community management for all Accor Tech communities.

Your mission: 

• Deliver an impactful storytelling program, ensuring understanding and engagement with  AT internal audiences.

• Plan, prepare and deploy all Accor Tech internal communication activities and content (eg. Quarterly Strategic Updates, All Hands, videos etc….)

• Be ambassador of our #OneTechTeam ambition and mindset and ensure the appropriate change communications and storytelling to accompany the #OneTechTeam ambition for scope of responsibility.

• Build managerial communication kits for key events and initiatives.

• Drive engagement and collaboration through community management of all AT Viva Engage communities (All AT, management community etc..)

• Manage, keep updated and be the guardian of the Accor Tech « One-stop-shop » SharePoint, Viva Engage and Digest pushmail for all AT « must know » content.

• Contribute actively to the Accor Tech editorial committee & planning for  area of responsibility. Support Head of Communications to manage the editorial process.

• Measure all activity & actions for impact. Take data based decisons to ensure continuous improvement.

• Manage the Mood Survey process and communication of results

• Build and manage the AT global Recognition Program

• Be an active benchmarker, constantly looking outside to learn from others and stay ahead of the curve.


About you : 

Are you an experienced communications professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Communications Business Partner.

If you have a passion for storytelling, excellent writing skills, and a deep understanding of communications strategies, we want to hear from you !


  • You have minimum 5 years experience in a communications business partner role.
  • Internal communications & community management skills

  • Global mindset & multicultural awareness

  • Listening  & influencing skills

  • Credible relationship management with senior leadership

  • Excellent French & English  skills both written & oral
