18 Month - Leadership Development Program
You have a customized INSPIRE Program Outline, with two types of structures:
- Cross-exposure – Rotate between several teams across Talent Acquisition and Health & Wellness.
Specialization – Develop your expertise by working in one division, spending 9 months in each focus area before transitioning.

Who Are We Looking For?
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Human Resources, with exposure to Talent Acquisition, employee relations, or HR operations.
- Leadership Potential: Previous supervisory experience and a strong desire to develop as a leader.
- Education: A post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Business is an asset, but all disciplines are welcome.
- Adaptability & Drive: Thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces learning, and stays committed to growth.
- Communication & People Skills: A natural ability to connect with teams, guests, and leadership.

- Contribute to Organizational Success – Assist with workforce planning, performance initiatives, and continuous improvement projects that drive business and culture outcomes.
- The Ontario base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience and/or work location.
