- Coordonne les activités quotidiennes du département People & Culture
- Assure la gestion administrative du personnel (dossiers, contrats, attestations, suivi des absences)
- Prend en charge le processus de recrutement de bout en bout
- Recueille et analyse les besoins en recrutement avec les chefs de département
- Publie les offres d’emploi sur les canaux internes et externes
- Effectue la présélection des candidatures et organise les entretiens
- Coordonne les entretiens avec les managers opérationnels
- Assure le suivi des candidatures et la communication avec les candidats
- Prépare les offres d’embauche et collecte les documents administratifs requis
- Coordonne l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs (onboarding)
- Assure le suivi des périodes d’essai et des évaluations
- Participe à la gestion des stagiaires et des extras
- Veille au respect de la législation sociale et des procédures internes
- Met à jour les tableaux de bord RH et les indicateurs de recrutement
- Contribue aux projets People & Culture et à l’amélioration de l’expérience collaborateur
Formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines, Management, Psychologie du travail ou équivalent
Expérience préalable en Ressources Humaines, idéalement dans l’hôtellerie de luxe ou un environnement similaire est un atout
Bonne maîtrise des processus de recrutement et de sélection des talents
Connaissance de la législation et du droit du travail marocain
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et sens des priorités
Très bonnes capacités de communication écrite et orale
Aisance relationnelle et capacité à interagir avec différents niveaux hiérarchiques
Sens de la confidentialité et de l’éthique professionnelle
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant avec les équipes
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des systèmes RH
Bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
Esprit d’analyse, rigueur et attention aux détails
Capacité à gérer plusieurs recrutements simultanément
Sens du service et orientation collaborateurs (Heartists)
