Apoiar o Gerente Geral na gestão do hotel, sendo responsável pelos resultados qualitativos e financeiros (custos e ocupação) da área de hospedagem e A&B, quando aplicável. Ser corresponsável pelo desenvolvimento, empoderamento e engajamento da equipe, colocando o cliente no “coração” de tudo o que for realizado, para que sua experiência seja única e inesquecível.
- Superior em Administração de Empresas, Hotelaria, Turismo, ou compatível.
- Desejável MBA / Pós-Graduação em Gestão Financeira / Negócios / Pessoas, ou Hotelaria.
- Desejável cursos em Gestão de Pessoas, Finanças, Vendas e RM.
- Conhecimentos em Hospedagem e Alimentos & Bebidas, Pacote Office, Sistemas Hoteleiros: Micros, Ópera, CM Back Office e RM, Experiência na Área Comercial, Processos da Área Financeira.
- Inglês e espanhol intermediário.
- Desejavel ingles avançado
