We are looking for temp Christmas casuals to join our fast pace working environment to provide high quality customer service to our guests.

Positions will start from the November 2024 to February 2025 with potential opportunities to be offered to join our team, part time or full time after your temp placement, where you can receive exclusive staff travel benefits if successful.  


Job Description

Multiple temp positions available across our Sydney lounges which include the following positions:

  • Lounge Runners (Food & Beverage Attendants)
  • Bar Barista (experience required)

Qualifications

Whilst technical experience is of importance to us, to be considered for the role, you will have the following:

  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude with the strive to provide total customer satisfaction.
  • Initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive, intuitive and efficient.
  • MUST have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification.
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
  • Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients.
  • A high standard of grooming and personal presentation.
  • The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. 
  • A positive team player and guest-centric mindset.
  • Working holiday visas accepted 
  • All our team members must have the ability to pass a Federal Police Clearance to enable work in the Airport

Note: Successful applicants will be required to undergo a Federal Police check at their own cost (Will be reimbursed once approved) in order to gain ASIC certification
