• Prepare beverages following Accor and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts recipes and guidelines for preparation
• Interact with guests in a way that makes them feel special
• Proper and friendly service when in contact with all guests
• Comply with liquor laws
• Maintain accountability, both personal and financial

• Must have previous experience tending bar in a luxury environment
• Must have previous experience tending bar in a high volume environment
• Successful completion of bar tending position training program
