求人内容

  • The position is responsible for supporting Director of Development Japan and VP Development (Japan/Korea/Singapore/Philippines/Maldives) to expand our network in Japan in line with our Development strategy
  • Undertake all administrative/reporting/internal validation tasks on Japan Development in collaboration with all members of the Development team in Asia/Singapore
  • Assist Director of Development Japan/VP Development (Japan/Korea/Singapore/Philippines/Maldives) with P&L projection, Development pitches, MOU/HMA/HFA/Amendment etc
  • This person works closely with all members of the Development team in Asia/Singapore to ensure that internal procedures with regards to development are adhered to.

資格

•Bachelor Degree in Finance, Hospitality Management or Business Administration

•Majors in accounting, finance or hospitality management is desirable

•Japanese speaker with a good command of written and spoken English

•Strong user knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

•Good team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team

•Good analytical skills

•Good communication skills, both verbal and written

•Flexible and able to embrace and respond to changes effectively

•Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional manner

•Good presentation and influencing skills

•Ability to work independently and prioritize projects

•Self-motivated and energetic

Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
