Job Description

As an Assistant Front of House Manager, you will support the Front of House Manager overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring the highest level of guests’ satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the Front of House team in the running of the daily operations and looking after our guests throughout their stay.
  • Handle any guest complaints in a timely manner and ensure that suitable solutions are reached to satisfaction of our guests.
  • Assist the FHM with the design and implementation of new procedures, when necessary.
  • Carry out Duty Management functions as required.
  • Support the management with on-going On Job Training Programs within the department to meet Brand and Service Standards.
  • Collaborate with the Front of House Manager in creating a team that works together with trust and takes responsibility to meet the goals of the department / Hotel.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar position within a hotel environment is essential.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Essential to be flexible with working hours, including evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
