What you will be doing:

• Assist in leading and supporting the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, or in-room dining

• Uphold MGallery's commitment to storytelling by delivering refined, personalized service

• Coordinate closely with the culinary team to ensure exquisite presentation and quality

• Supervise, mentor, and inspire junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence

• Anticipate guest needs, resolve concerns gracefully, and create memorable moments

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and luxury brand standards

Your experience and skills include:

• A service-driven mindset with genuine passion for food, beverage, and hospitality

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role within upscale or boutique hotels is preferred

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest-relation skills

• Ability to lead by example, multitask, and thrive under pressure
