• Prepare the diving boat according to the boat list (check and carry the boxes, tanks, oxygen, boat folder, towels, snacks, tea and water) at least 15 minutes before scheduled boat departure time
• Before the dive, check the current to make sure that the boat is in the right place and the conditions are safe for diving
• Help the guests on the boat and in water, make sure they don’t get injured
• Check that all guests are ready and their equipment is ok before jumping in water
• Do the boat briefings and dive briefings
• Guide the guests around the dive site, make sure that nobody is lost, show interesting marine life, control guests air consumption and NDL
• In emergency situation, act according to Emergency Action Plan
• Help at the Dive Center or at the House reef if required
• Staying on duty in the Dive Center: renting snorkeling equipment, checking in divers
• Do basic equipment maintenance and fill the tanks if required
• Make sure that after the dive everyone is back on the boat, check that all equipment is in place before going back to Dive Center
• Fill in the boat list, make sure guests fill in nitrox log
• Be helpful, polite and cheerful with guests
• Make sure Dive Center is locked and everything is in place after the work hours finish
• Teach PADI DSD courses (briefing and confined water only) according to PADI standards and Dive Center schedule
• Provide all the information about excursions, diving, water sport to the guest
• Provide clear explanation of All-inclusive activities
• Promote and upsell diving courses, water sport activities and other excursions
• Answer calls professionally providing complete information and promoting activities
• Follow up, reporting guest complaints up to the Company management team
•  Give engaging and complete briefing to guests with particular emphasis to safety briefings
• Guide excursions activities according with Company standards and SOP always with maximum focus on safety and service quality
• If required water sports, covering desk, take booking, helping closing the center in the evening
• Fulfil all the paperwork requirement as per SOP and verbal instructions
• Maintenance and hygiene of the equipment and the facility
• Conforms to policies and procedures, laid down by the Company and carry on duties & responsibilities as directed by the reporting Manager/ Supervisor
• Ensure that all communications are properly conveyed up and down the scale of command

• Be certified PADI Dive master or above (or equivalent as per RSTC standards),
• Carry professional liability insurance and Personal accident insurance covering diving accidents and chamber treatment.
• Should know well the dive sites and dive sites location.
• Should know how to assemble and take care of diving equipment,
• Should be able to communicate well in English.
• Must have emergency first aid skills.
