Pour garantir des dîners d'exceptions, nous renforçons notre équipe pâtisserie et recherchons des Chef(fe) de partie Pâtisserie H/F passionné(e)s et motivé(e)s !
À ce poste, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Participer à l’élaboration des menus,
- Préparer les produits et mettre en place les matériels de cuisine,
- Réaliser les recettes en fonction des indications fournies par le chef de cuisine,
- Fabriquer dresser et envoyer les plats,
- Organiser et contrôler le travail des commis et apprentis,
- Respecter les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité,
- Intégrer et mettre en œuvre les engagements achats responsables dans la création des cartes,
- Identifier sur la carte les produits éco-responsables lorsque l'ingrédient est majoritaire,
- Soutenir l'amélioration de l'expérience collaborateurs au sein de l'entreprise et sensibiliser les collaborateurs à la politique RSE groupe.

Nous recherchons des personnes passionnées par la pâtisserie ; ayant le sens de l'organisation et de la gestion et titulaire d’un CAP ou BTM, et ayant un peu d'expérience dans ce domaine.

Organisation & lieu de travail
Poste basé dans le 16ᵉ arrondissement de Paris jusqu’au mois de mai.
Puis transfert selon l’affectation :
- Travail au laboratoire > Chaillot (75) et/ou Sèvres (92)
- Travail directement sur le site de Roland-Garros
Disponibilités & horaires
- Disponibilité requise de janvier / février jusqu’à début juin 2026
- Horaires de nuit : de 22h à 7h
Contrat & rémunération
- Rémunération brute : 12,66 € à 13,67 € brut / heure
- Type de contrat (60h / semaine) : CDD au laboratoire / vacation sur le site de Roland-Garros
CCN : Hôtels, Cafés, Restaurants (HCR 1979)
