Afin d’assurer notre activité, nous avons besoin de renforcer notre brigade ! Nous sommes donc à la recherche de chef(fe) de cuisine H/F.
À ce poste, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Intégrer, former, encadrer et animer l’équipe de cuisine.
- Garantir le respect des règles d’hygiène.
- Gérer la production des repas.
- Contrôler la réalisation, la qualité et l’envoi des plats, dans la conformité des fiches techniques.
- Proposer des menus.
- Rédiger les fiches techniques des préparations culinaires et chiffrer le prix de revient des repas.
- Participer à l'avancée des actions RSE prioritaires en production : réduction du gaspillage alimentaire, amélioration du tri des déchets (biodéchet en priorité), réduction des contenants à usage unique (plastique aluminium...), amélioration de l'expérience collaborateurs.
- Sensibiliser les collaborateurs à la politique RSE groupe et l'appliquer dans les tâches quotidiennes
Vous détenez les qualités suivantes :
- Être organisé, rigoureux, méthodique
- Être autonome
- Aptitudes managériales : sens de l’écoute, pédagogie, sens du travail en équipe, capacité à prendre des décisions
- Capacités d’adaptation, réactivité
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un CAP cuisine, d'un Bac pro cuisine ou d'un BTS MHR ? Vous avez de l'expérience sur ce poste ?

- Vacation sur le site de Roland-Garros - du 23 mai au 7 juin 2026 - horaires en journée
Rémunération (brut) : 23 € à 25 € brut / heure
CCN : Hôtels, Cafés, Restaurants (HCR 1979)
